預期用途
 

IL-3 是一種促進巨核細胞、粒細胞-巨噬細胞、紅細胞、嗜酸性粒細胞、嗜堿性細胞和肥大細胞系祖細胞存活、分化和增殖的造血生長因子。IL-3由T細胞、肥大細胞和嗜酸性粒細胞產生，增強血小板生成、吞噬和抗體介導的細胞毒性。其激活單核細胞的能力表明，IL-3可能具有額外的免疫調節(jié)作用。許多 IL-3 的活性依賴于與其他細胞因子的協同刺激。IL-3 是一種物種特異性的、可變異的糖基化細胞因子。適用于生產細胞治療產品。

如需分裝，可用注射用水、生理鹽水、培養(yǎng)基或 PBS 溶解，溶解后分裝成小份，置于-20℃保存期6個月，-80℃保存期12 個月，稀釋后濃度不低于100μg/mL。避免反復凍融。
